Enabling the secure logon in Windows 7

THE Windows 7, the secure logon does not come enabled by default, to give more agility and speed at the time of login. However, It is important to keep your computer always the safest possible. If you don't mind losing a few tenths of a second by pressing CTRL ALT DELETE before logging in, It is recommended that you enable secure logon.

In this way, Windows provides an additional layer of safety for your computer, ensuring that the Windows authentication screen appears.

When enabled, the secure logon does not allow malware, virus or spyware, intercept your user name and password while you type. The secure logon also prevents any malicious program mimics the logon screen to steal your information.

To enable it, follow the steps:

1. Click on the button Start, type netplwiz in the box Search and press ENTER.


2. Click the tab Advanced and select the option Require that the users Press Ctrl Alt Delete. Click OK.


Ready, simple? Your secure logon is now enabled!
